On weekly basis and subject to availability.

On-site services available for all contracts in all EU countries, Switzerland & China

Repairs: Re-certiﬁcation and/or maintenance work does not include repair. If repairs are neces-

sary, the Customer will be notiﬁed and informed of the estimated costs (labor and parts) and of

necessary repair time, including shipment. Repairs are only carried out after written approval of

the repair estimate.

Shipment of systems to the designated Leica Geosystems Service Center and return to the

Customer is at Customer’s expense & sole risk.

Planning: At least 4 weeks in advance, Leica Geosystems & Customer agree in writing on an

appropriate date for carrying out the services.

General Terms and Conditions for the Maintenance and/or Support by Metrology Division of

Leica Geosystems apply for all services & contracts.
